I believe the Jehad Al-Atrash clip is relatively old, he is rather young in that clip....now he is an old man with a crown of grey hair and no moustache!  

I saw him last year in an arabic poetry show on Tele Liban narrating some arabic poems. In the same show, he was accompanied by Alvera Younis, another famous Lebanese actress who dubbed a lot of voices in a number of other cartoon series.

The guy with the moustache, in that squence, he looks like he's from the 1970's, or pretty close.

And he looks like Professor Umon a little bit...
